isles decline. Blais is a solid role player, no shot isles give up wilde for him, he’ll likely be the isles 2RD in a few years.

Honestly don't know the value on that one. Wilde is no sure thing, Blais has established himself as a good top9 guy. Both teams are trading from depth, other pieces could be added. But he'd have to be moved for cap reasons, and would net a positive return, whatever that may be

Blais is a 3rd line player - he’s good at what he does, but this trade could look really bad in 2-3 years. There’s no incentive for the isles to make this trade, isles have a few players with his skill set. Wilde was one of the best defenseman in the OHL last season. Injuries set him back this year, but he’s a dynamic offensive talent and there’s no reason for the isles to trade him.

Why are Wings giving up a 3rd to take your dump of Allen?

The Isles reject that easy. We have no use for Ho-Sang. And we are not trading Bortuzzo, he's too valuable at such a low cap hit.

Yeah, why would you guys need a goalie with the 5th best save percentage when you're already so well covered in net? tears of joy
