That's a tempting offer. I might take that if I'm the Jets. Tierney could be a good 2C for us.

Tierney is a great playmaker, put up 49pts last year and was on pace for like 42pts this year. He also doesn't play the PP, plays a lot of shorthanded minutes. He gets a lot of pts 5 v 5, so it could really be good for you guys. hes also still young. He could get 50+ with Ehlers and Laine

Pretty good proposal. Works for both teams. I'd almost prefer a '21 1st, top 10 protected. Just to spread out the drafting. Or they combine that pick and other assets for an nhl ready dman
