Dorion spoke and kinda hinted that there is some lobbying going around about how the lottery will take place. It sounds like playoff teams want a chance to move up, however that would blow the parity out of the league. Can you imagine Washington, Colorado, Pittsburgh get Lafreniere? Wth. I propose 2 lotteries one to determine 1-3 overall among lottery teams and one to determine 16-18th overall among playoff teams

We discussed this previously, but If there isn’t a playoffs the playoff teams need some sort of carrot even if it is a 1% chance at top 3 pick.
