i mean the only problem with kravtsov is that the rangers top 6 wingers are set. Panarin for 7 years kreider for 7 years kakko assuming career and buchnevich is a wildcard kravtsov can make take his spot or be an effective 3rd liner but the rangers just have a huge hole at 2c which could be solved with drafting timmy from germany.

The Senators have so many prospects at this point, I can't see them taking this approach.

Ottawa wants that pick for the same reason you are willing to give up all those assets to move up.

This would only maybe work if they had like the worst prospect pool in the league and really liked Kravtsov and felt he was going to be almost as good as someone they could draft with the 3OV.
