Description
This is the 31 in 31 challenge. Do an AGM for each of the 31 teams in 31 days. This forces me to learn more about each team and how the lineups should/could look. To other users please feel free to participate, I'm looking for a challenge to keep me entertained.

I am assuming a flat cap and one CBO for each team. Please provide any feedback, I'm trying to learn more about each team here.

Arizona's greatest weakness: cap space

This looks interesting, I'm not sure if Hall signs that low, would have to like being in ARI and would also have to realize he isn't playing like a MVP rn. Their D looks sneakily good, maybe could sign a 4th liner?

Well it’s kinda like Toronto trading for Freddy. Young team coming out of rebuild looking for number1.

That’s all he costs? San Jose should hope one that one

Too early, I just started ANA! But since your a BUF fan, I may as well get input now, would you be willing to do a trade based around Henrique and Miller?

Hall will sign for a higher amount. Probably at 10.5-11M.
Not sure Buffalo accept this deal either it's gonna depend if Cozens or Mittelstadt are ready for a second line role.
I'm not sure Detroit is gonna accept the trade. Bernier has done a good job while the defense in front of him was horrible. I think he'll get the chance to be #1 next season. Plus Raanta and Kuemper form an excellent duo in net for Arizona.

Thanks for the feedback. No team should sign Hall for more than 9.5, he's definitely not worth more. Buffalo would easily accept that trade. Cozens/Mitts are not ready and Stepan would be a great mentor. Bernier has been fine, but you need a second goalie like Raanta to shore up the goaltending. I agree that Raanta/Kuemper make a great duo but you cannot keep both and sign Hall. Plus I think Hill is ready for backup duties

Yzerman already said he’s not trading picks he wants to build through the draft, definitely other teams would be interested in Raanta but you should keep him. Every team competing for a cup needs a good goalie tandem so you don’t have to play Kuemper 60 games.

Detroit could use another goalie but I don't know if Raanta really makes much sense for them, he's 31 soon, goalies have a different aging curve sometimes but even then idk if he really fits with the Wings time frame to compete again, Georgiev or Murray would be better fits for Detroit.

Stepan would probably be a good one year pickup for Buffalo, they could use a veteran center to support Middlestadt and Cozens.

Maybe I'll be wrong but I think whoever signs Hall is gonna regret it, I don't think he's worth much more then what he's making now.
