To be fair here: the entire 04-05 season was lost, not just 10 reg season games and playoffs... either way though, 05 was also the NHLs first salary cap so they didn’t necessarily roll back the cap, they just implemented it at a lower cap then many of the big market teams already had. It least I’m pretty sure that’s how that all happened, I’m by no means an expert on the subject
