1. Jesse is nowhere near value to Kratsov.
2. Leafs accept if you change Benning to a 3rd.
3. Hoffman won't be that cheap

I gave Hoffman a little more term for a little less money. I figure he is looking for a 3 year 6 million $$$ deal.
I read Kravtsov is struggling so bad in the KHL that the rangers brought him back to AHL where he is struggling as a 20 year old. I will look for the article.
Leafs fans (some of them) are looking for a 3rd round pick for Johnsson to ditch that 3.2 million cap space. Some of them are looking for a 2nd round pick. I think Benning is worth a 3rd so I cam up with a 4th, but I think if I was a GM i would fo a 3rd for sure. 3rd has a 30% chance of making the NHL and 4th has a 20% chance.

Benning just isn't a fit for the Leafs at his likely cap hit.

Yah he will probably want 1.5 million as he didnt quite pan out to a top 4 player. Which is probaly 300k more than he should get. Although his stats are pretty good, Bear in mind

Yeah, I mean, that's nice and all but it doesn't mean a ton to me without considering other things. It shows he's gotten good results where he's been, but from a Leafs perspective I still wouldn't be willing to pay more than advisable for a third pair guy.

He sure would be good for Sandin though. But you are the Toronto Gm and I am the oilers gm in this position. No is no.
