Montour is offensive defenseman who sucks defensively and offensively.. why would you want him for Kapanen?

Really doesn't help the Leafs cap situation. 84m cap? although the trade might be fair.
Change of scenery for Bracco. Do you the the Marlies arena for the Rochester arena?

Sabres pass. Not because of Montour but because of Borgen. 3-4 D and another potential 3-4 D for a middle six guy playing easier minutes and a guy Toronto doesn't want? Pass.
