While I love Thorton he is not the best fit as third line center of the leafs, Kapenan and Robertson will be at the net before he gets to the blue line. As for Robertson he is not NHL ready. He needs a year or two in the shl or another european hockey league before he is ready. As for Severson and Honka not bad. Not sure of the severson trade but overall not bad. Oh and barbanov is probs gonna be on the third line and kapenan will be on one of the top 2 lines.

Thorton can stay but just put him on the 4th line with spezza and sign someone like jankowski

Honka is basically a bust at this point and his worth in 'potential' is Jeremy Bracco

Have never seen one reason why Thornton would want to play for the Leafs, and really why do the Leafs want him.
Honda is he really an NHLer? Robertson and Barbanov is just hoping they are top 12 NHLers.
Agree with you Johnsson might be cap casualty. But to give up two needed players Kerfoot and Dermot just to to ge on Severson...not sure if that is good value.
