Dont think Drysdale plays in the NHL next year

Decent value, but why does EDM trade one of their better Dmen for prospects while they are contending?

Thank you for your feedback! I did the Larsson trade because Edmonton needs some decent 3rd line wingers. Also think they are gonna call up Bouchard and use bear or maybe sign a big man defenseman.

No point in CBOing Kesler, he won't affect the cap either way, personally I wouldn't trade Terry for Larsson, I think Larsson is quite overrated, and Terry has quite a bit more upside, and Guddy has positive value, he's been pretty good since leaving VAN, maybe not worth the contract, but not negative value, certainly not a first negative value

Ducks aren’t taking Allen then paying a first to move Gudbranson, makes less than 0 sense, Stolarz was great in the AHL this year he’s our back up if Miller retires

There are other RHD I’d target with that package but not bad

Kesler won’t be bought out with a CBO cause it doesn’t help the ducks at all he’s on the LTIR so he doesn’t affect cap anyways

Some minor stuff since you asked to learn more, Lindholm plays with Manson, Zegras will be in a top six role or in the AHL imo they saw what happened to Steel and will be cautious I think. Gudbranson has actually been a nice add for us the hate on him is from people that don’t watch him play imo. Take 3 years and 1.5M off Milanos deal

All in all I see what you were going for and in theory it’s solid but I’m not a fan of the moves made, that being said you admitted to not knowing a lot about the ducks so nice effort, anything else you want cleared up I’d be glad to answer what I can, I think I’ll take a crack at this challenge

No need to buy out Kesler; he's on the LTIR
No need to sign Allen, Ducks have Stolarz in San Diego if Ryan Miller decides to finally retire, and Allen would cost more in trade
Adam Larsson might be a nice depth add, but we won't spend Terry to acquire him
Eric Gudbranson has worked out fine for us; given our weakness at RD, we're unlikely to move him
Neither Zegras nor Drysdale will start the year with the big club
I think initial lines will be Rakell-Henrique-Silfverberg, Milano-Getzlaf-Heinen, Jones-Steel-Terry, Des Lauriers-Backes-Rowney; Lindholm-Manson, Fowler-Gudbranson
My only comments in addition to those by my colleagues above: maybe they re-sign Christian Djoos, and maybe Max Comtois cracks the lineup out of training camp
