If you want speed, go after players such as Athanasiou, Grabner, Hintz etc.

Team needs from ANA to MIN are different, the Ducks have no need for another player with a second line ceiling we already have Terry, Jones, Tracey, Lundestrom, Steel, BOG, guys like Mornad and McLaughlin as well, the package for Zucker would have got Rakell too because the Ducks need RHD, not more bottom nine forward prospects. and the Ducks arent going to take Bjugstad for fun

No doubt would be the quickest team maybe challenged by Edmonton, but it’s pretty damn good. Love the kapanen acquisition, price is more than fair. Rakell is a better player than Zucker so I’d through imo hallander/Poulin over Bjugstad.

I think TVR behind Marino is a good idea, idk about Beaulieu. We're probably gonna go with a move for 3C if Bjugstad for sure doesn't work out over 1RW, but Rakell would be a good fit for the Pens

Honestly, I wonder how differently things would’ve been if the Penguins decided to build a speed philosophy under Bylsma. Guys like Sheary, Archibald, Gibbons, Megna & Conner would’ve been given opportunities instead of bums like Adams, Rupp, Glass & Asham as the complimentary players. Maybe add a few puck moving D instead of Michalek & Orpik & you got a very sharp team.
