Puljujärvi has very little value as a trade piece.
He's been ripped by a lot of GMs, teams aren't even looking at him at this point.
His east/west style play just doesn't fit into a North/South NHL game.

I'm a big Puljujarvi fan but I think Nashville has high hopes for Tolvanen despite his setbacks.

I know a lot of people are saying that there's no way this happens, but puljujarvi put up a lot better totals than tolvanen in a harder league. They're also the same age. There could be an argument that tolvanen's game doesn't translate well to North american hockey.

Take it from a Finn, Liiga is not as good as AHL is. I'd take Tolvanen out of these two any day of the week.

Also Tolvanen's year younger. His birthday is today actually, Pulju turns 22 next week.

Maybe? Not till after the expansion draft though. Tolvanen is exempt and more cost controlled.
