I feel like Marc Beregevin is gonna be one of those GMs that want to pry you of everything for BG. Not a bad trade by any means, he's just one of those people.

I don't think Sakic would be too keen on adding another player needing an UFA payday in 2021, with Landeskog, Makar, Timmins, and Grubauer all up that summer.

In any case Montreal would say hell no to that deal. Gallagher is a 30g forward, albeit with 1 year remaining, and Compher, a 1st, and a C prospect probably isn't going to be enough.

It would take a huge over payment to get Gallagher. He’s the heart and soul of the habs.

Colorado would definitely prefer to include Zadorov. Either way one of Graves/Zadorov will be moved this summer to make room for Byram; and most likely that will be Zadorov for picks, unless there's a good hockey trade to be made with Graves for a top 6 forward.

Ranta isn't an A- prospect. You could argue that he's a B but I guess it depends on how you set the prospect tiers. Here's the way I see it:
