While I PERSONALLY dont agree with signing Buff or bringing in Palmeri, that is MY opinion.

SO:

GREAT ACGM!
All good contracts (though krug gets a year less, we dont want 37 year old krug for 6.75 mil)
Good lines!
Good trades! (althoughyou can probably take JFK out of the Devils deal. Now Palmeri is a 1year rental so lower value)
Awesome job.

My only question: Where is studnicka? He will likely crack the roster, they dont wanna keep him in the AHL forever

I disagree, i think it's only right to keep stud in the ahl for now bc there's no room for him. Bruce won't play him on the wing cause they want him to be a pure C, but to do that you have to push coyle to the wing and he's not as effective/comfortable on the wing. I'd rather keep him as 1C down in PRO and whenever a C goes down in BOS, he gets the call. I don't see how 1 more yr in the ahl will hurt him. He'll get his shot at full time 3C minutes when krech leaves.

Think Buff is on the retirement track of fishin' - n - eatin' - n - huntin' - n - eatin' - n - (& repeat)...

I disagree with you disagreement sir!

Well ok i sorta agree with the logic, but i do have an important note

1) Coyle has played plenty of RW in Minnesota and while he is a better center, it wouldnt be bad to play him at center to give Stud NHL exposure.
2) I have heard (and tho i disagree) that they like playing young guns at the wing sometimes to start so they can get their feet wet in the NHL before actually playing center.

You have a point, and I respect that man!
Personally, and I think many would and have agreed, the 3rd line will likely be Bjork - Coyle/Stud - Stud/Coyle ... which would be fun to watch

I think the Bs have a specific mindset Of the type of player they are willing to have in their team. Buff has been wrapped up in this drama around his contract. I don’t think they would ever sign him cause of that. They got rid of Kessel and Hamilton cause of attitude and Seguin for his behavior off the ice. I think they are looking for mature character guys. I don’t think you’ll ever see people like Evander Kane or Patrick Kane or anyone who has any kind of history. I think they only want people who put team first. That’s why someone like Marchand has been able to stick around even though some of his on ice antics were questionable.
