I'm not really sure this even makes the team better now or in the long run.

I don't see Dumba as an answer to this team's problems. The other stuff is just fluff.

No, the Leafs should try to trade for Alex and than sign Michael and bring Jacquline Nylander in on a PTO and than Draft Stephanie Nylander next year.

huh....Michael was a point per game player for the Rangers, 162 Points in 160 Regular Games and 14 Points in 14 Playoff Games. He must have been playing as Jagr's center than.

i can only see nylander going if the deal was insane. Like a 1st top4RHD, etc. But no team will offer that and those who do ok.

COL isnt interested in Kerfoot returning - they have enough Cs. If jost is getting traded it will probably be part of a bigger package for a legit 2nd line winger.

also Jost wont make anywhere near that much on his next contract. hes probably gonna get under 1-1.5 on a 1 year deal or 1.25-1.75 on a 2 year deal
