Description

I don't speak French, but it seemed that MTL fans were torn and probably leaning against it. I think it's definitely an overpay but it got me thinking, could Tarasenko get moved for a huge package like this to free up cap space? Yes he's a superstar, but his shoulder injury worries me and this helps us get younger.

I like Tarasenko’s game, but his injury history is a huge factor, but In going to say I think Blues keep him. He is an “A” on the team and a leader in the locker room.

That’s an easy no for me. Tarasenko is a great player but injuries are there and that’s a lot of our future heading out the door. Caufield shouldn’t be going anywhere, Mtl has been begging for an elite goal scorer for years and this is the closest we’ve came to having one. Caufield stays at all costs.

So you think Taresenko waives his NTC for Montreal? Besides it's not cap friendly for Montreal. Habs are better not making the trade and with the cap difference adding a needed player or two.
