That’s probably what barzal AAV would be if they went 2 years. I think he’ll get 7-7.25 x 3.

Komarov will likely be buried in Bridgeport which saves 1.25 mill.

Mathew Barzal would get something similar to the deal that Matthew Tkachuk received. I also have no idea what Ryan Pulock would get, but it is not a good idea to re-sign Andy Greene. He'll be asking for two or three million dollars, even though he is nearly forty years old. I would also at least try and trade a Joshua Ho-Sang, or Brock Nelson, or Joshua Bailey, but that probably wouldn't happen in reality.

Nelson has the highest WAR among isles forwards and is on a 65 pt pace this season. Trading him makes no sense.

Why would you trade Nelson?

There's been speculation suggesting that Andy Greene might be interested in coming home to Detroit to finish his career. Wouldn't mind that on a cheap one year deal.

Just to free up cap space, but now, I look stupid.

You're right! He is a good forward, I was just thinking of freeing up cap space.

Seems accurate if no CBO. I would move around some of your lines though as Leo should not play 3rd, and Bellows is wasted on the 4th.

Given that Greene signed all of his contracts with Lou back in NJ and waived to come to a division rival because of Lou, I think we can figure out where Greene will ultimately be next season.
