Maccelli was a great find in the 4th round last year, and he had a great season as a 19 year old playing against men.

Not sure how he fell to the 4th round. 30 points in Liiga is amazing as a 19-year-old.

My personal guess is because size (because NHL GMs will NHL GM) and that he was one of the older first-year-eligible prospects from the USHL. I was always pretty high on him, though, and thought that he would get picked by someone in the early-mid 3rd round. A lot of Finns dropped last year for some reason, though.
