Well all Canadian teams are on Kyle Palmieris no trade list, So not happening. Detroit is set at RD so Carrick isn't a need and Detroit's not moving Mantha for that offer anyways.

As a Devils fan, I would do that Detroit trade in a heartbeat. But it's not realistic at all.

Detroit isn't trading Mantha. For arguments sake Detroit is set with RDs. I'm sorry but Carrick isn't good and after next season he is a UFA and teams that are rebuilding don't usually take rentals regardless of skill. From Detroit's pov Carrick very little value if any at all. So Detroit easily declines

So you know all the Non trade list around the league? Do you have any proof of what you are saying or you are just throwing stuff out there.
I would really like to see a link where Palmeiri have said that he would want to be traded to Canada. Or a link of that famous team he wouldn’t accept to be trade.
