Granlund does not play center and first round eliminated by Boston as Usual.

Don’t think Granlund comes cheaper than Kerfoot, and apparently Maroon doesn’t come that cheap according to everyone. Other than that, this team could probably make it, as you’ve really fixed that D core.

Granlund has had 35 points in total since being traded to NSH a year and a half ago. He seems like a prime candidate to take a cheap 1 year deal to rebuild value before cashing in on UFA.

Maroon doesn't take another 1 yr deal, even if he does it won't be for that little to play in canada. Taxes are not the same as the are in Florida. I would say he is closer to 1.5 - 2 per year. Need forward depth too, not making it anywhere without it

Not very far because Hawks decline that offer. A winger going on 26 that's only put up 20 goals once coming off a serious knee injury, a AHL player and (2) late second round draft picks in return for retaining half of Murphy's cap hit (who has a very reasonable one to begin with) and a 3rd round pick would be idiotic for the Hawks to accept.

This team will make it to the 2nd or 3rd round. No way the Leafs can get a 2nd for Kerfoot.
