All 3 deals are horrid for teams not named Leafs. Leafs get good young defenseman and a 1st, they get Kadri back for center they do not want and a high level defensive prospect, which they have and Tampa get fleeced by taking Dermott and a future 2nd.

Stop it no team got fleeced here bud - The flames trade is bang on Rasmus Andersson is a 2nd pair RHD with ok numbers (nothing special) Nylander is everything the flames want (Top 6 right shot under contract who can and has potted 25 goals and 60 points) - Tampa won't get much more via trade for Cernak ( gave them an NHL defenceman and a 2nd rnd pick) could just OS Cernak and keep Dermott - I'll give you Colorado ( I just miss Kadri and all his edge and annoying to play against game)

Doubt it - Flames will top dollar for a Right shot top 6 F under contract - or go ahead over pay Dadonov at 30 years old 6 million x 5/6/7 years - they'll be James Nealing him by 2022

Sure but if Calagary loses both Harmonic and Brodie to free agency, they have only a top two with one being over 30. The trade means they create a bigger hole by trading for Nylander by giving up a young defensman which they need more than a winger

Also Tamp could do alot better in a trade or if he was signed to a contract that they could not match which would be a 1st at least.
