Umm you do realize that you won't have that 2020 7th rounder going to OTT by July 1st (assuming the draft/free agency is handled by the original schedule).

Also no one is paying crap for Smith.

I just don't see a reason to get cirelli for tall that. Chytil will be 2C in time
