Really solid C, just look at the numbers in the AHL. He reminds of David Krejci and somewhat Logan Couture. Don't see Norris breaking the 60 point mark in his career but I see him as what Bonino was for the Penguins

I saw him being a good 2c never a top C so I was curious what you guys think of him.

What about Tierney?

Tierney is trade bait, he's the 3C today but a really enticing trade piece that doesn't have many flaws to his game and lots of playoff experience

Guy is a workhorse. All the coaches he's had praised his coachability and effort every time he hits the ice. Mix that with his skill and speed and I'm hoping for a 50-60 point guy who can slot in 2c. It'll be awesome to see him with Tkachuk soon enough.

His stock has risen drastically over the last two years. At the time of the trade, he seemed like a super underwhelming prospect to be the big piece coming back. Sounded like he was going to be a 3C whose biggest asset was being Brady Tkachuk's best friend.

Since then he's been on the war path. He was amazing at the world Juniors in 2019, he was over a point per game in his last year at U of M, and if it wasn't his injury he was probably looking at being a possible Hobey Baker winner.

Then this year he took an even bigger step, coming into Belleville and almost immediately starts dominating. Funnily enough he's actually drawn comparisons to Logan Couture's rookie season in the AHL.

I know we had coutures heir and we gave him away in a bad trade and destroyed our franchises chances at winning in the next 7 years

It isn't Karlsson's fault the Sharks decided to go all in when they had an aging core and a .890 sv% Starting goalie.

No but it is Karlssons fault he plays like he doesn’t care making mental mistakes of a rookie and yet get paid at the top D man in Hockey.
It’s not his skill I’m Upset about it’s his hustle and drive that I expected more out of him.

I feel ya man... lol. It looks good now, but back when that trade happened I was furious. You win some and you lose some (& usually SJ are on the winning side of trades haha).
