He has developed nicely in the seasons past his draft, he has the potential to be a top pairing defenseman with proper moves to groom him accordingly. If he is not viewed as a top tier prospect in circles you frequent, I expect that to change relatively soon. He played the last game of the season for us and was outstanding, I expect him to get top 2 minutes in the AHL, or compete for a stop on the NHL roster next season.

fair enough, I never really watched him but did a quick hockeydb search and only saw 15 points in 59 games this year. Based on his stats in the Q, I figured he was an offensive D, so at first glance it seemed like he struggled (at least offensively) in the AHL. he also never made team Canadas world junior team so I didnt picture him as a top D prospect
