Not an Islanders fan but I don't think Pulock and Toews make that much

Baileys contract isn't bad

In your last ACGM , you traded a 2nd for Killorn who is having a career year at 30 YO with an unsustainable 20% shooting percentage on a stacked team. He makes 4.45 for the next 3 years and has never been on a 50 pt pace before this season. Bailey has been on at least a 51 pt pace for the last 4 seasons.

Actually on second thought I don't think they look that bad I just wasn't expecting that length. I'm guessing you're basing the Toews contract off of the Girard one from last year

Toews is very underrated.

Pulock has the highest WAR on the islanders this season.

That's what everyone thought about Draisaitl when he got a shooting percentage over 20, but it barely dropped at all. Killorn also has way more hits and a way better takeaway/giveaway ratio. 4.45 million for the next 3 years is better then 4.5 for the next 4 years.

Killorn has been in the league for 8 years. His career average shooting percentage is 11.3%. Regression to the mean will happen, it is highly unlikely he shoots even 15% next season.

Bailey pts over the last 4 years: 56,71,56, 51 pt pace this season
Killorn pts over the last 4 years : 36, 47, 40 , 59 pt pace this season

Using hits isnt really a way to measure how good a player is. If Killorn is worth a 2nd, Bailey is definitely worth a 4th even with 1 year more on his contract

Bailey at $4,500,000 is a steal. He is 2 years out from a 71 point season, had 56 last year, and on pace for 51 this year. That is great value.
