I'd work the second trade into the FLA trade and target Weegar. If FLA loses Hoffman and Dadonov they can use some actual NHL depth.

Dermott, AJ/Kappy, Bracco for Weegar & Borgstrom being the basis of a deal.

Fla would still have Ekblad, Stralman, Brown for RHD with Priskie nearly ready to graduate.

If Borgstrom truly is a NHL 3C as you indicate, Florida is going to get a much bigger return than a never NHLer Bracco.

Florida being unusually right-handed (particularly if they lose Hoffman and Dadanov), they would probably prefer Johnsson and a pick along with Dermott and Bracco. Your idea is a great one.

This, Borgstroms value should be higher then Bracco's, Bracco right now seems like a career AHLer.
