Pens aren't trading LeTang? He can't be traded anyways due to the playoffs, And why would LeTang waive for Ottawa anyways?

I really hope OP comes back and explains why Ottawa (At the depth of a rebuild) would trade 3 assets under 25 and 2 picks for a a 33YO injury prone defenseman who will be up for a new contract the moment we want to try and compete.

This is trade makes literally no sense.
