This makes no sense for Carolina. Frolik is a major downgrade from Niederreiter, Foegele has top 6 upside. If Carolina made a move for Forsberg it would likely be 1 of Foegele/Niederreiter and futures, not both and a group of picks. Something like Bokk, Foegele, Rees, a 1st, 2nd and 3rd would be my guess.
