Top 9 forward and would need a A prospect (Sandin would be better or that Robertson kid) and a 1st.

Another overvalue of Kapanen, hes not a top 6 forward, hes a middle 6 forward with good skating. its a very late first in a weak draft. Liljegren will never be remotely as good as Ekblad.

I always wondered what would the leafs have to offer to get ekblad. I knows 1st is a must, Robertson and Abramov aswell. But what else. I believe the Panthers would want a return similar to what karlsson got

it would take sandin ,Robertson , and a 1st for ekblad. You have to give Florida incentive to make the trade.

They may also do Abramov + Robertson + liligren and a 1st. In general I see tallon wanting a karlsson return. Sure we get a nice top 4 rhd but we lose alot of future assets and talent. May not be worth in the long run

Karlsson only had 1 year left - ekblad has 5 at a very reasonable AAV. Ekblad has been impressive the last 2 seasons. He’s an elite two way D

leafs are the richest organization in the NHL along with the rangers and Canadians they can afford it. But I just don't see Florida giving up on bobrosky yet so there is need to
