Im a Pens Fan but I admit - I love this young NYR team

NOW - Dont get crazy NYR fans, I'm sure I don't kno the needs of ur team like the NYR Fans do...

BUT, When I look at this team for next yr......
~ The biggest Need is a Legit #2 Center & a #1 LHD-man = RNH #93 & Klefbom #77

- RNH93 would give this team Real Center depth until Chytil is ready + NYR prob get an extension done w/ RNH

+ Moves Strome to be the 3rd line Center - Needs to prove that he can keep up this play, IMO

- The Klefbom77 get would be perfect for NYR [he is such an underrated LHD] + would give NYR a legit #1 Pairing w/ Fox or Trouba

- Daddynovi is another great player that dont get any hype & would fit in nice w/ other Russians in Rus-York, lol.

We have a ton of prospects who aren't even playing in the NHL... some aren't even in NA... some aren't even close to the NHL...

Small list: K'Andre Miller, Nils Lundkvist and Matthew Robertson at D, Lias Andersson(?), Karl Henriksson, Lauri Pajuniemi and of course Vitali Kravtsov at F and Tyler Wall at G.

If Igor continues like this, if guys like Fox, ADA and Lindgren continue to play like this year and if Kreider, Zibanejad and of course Panarin continue to play like they did this year and we get good depth at D and, F, we're in amazing shape

That trade is so bad for EDM. Klefbom is their #1D and is locked in for cheap while RNH is one of their most valuable forwards. They also have Bouchard coming up which makes Deangelo unnecessary

I wouldn't do the EDM trade as it currently is. RNH is one year from UFA and is going to want a substantial raise, one that i don't see him living up to. Would definitely like to get Klefbom depending on the price though

Again the ownership don’t give a flying F about the cap they want to shed payroll they only plan on spending 68-72 mil on payroll next season.
