Description

The way I see it, the sabres need to add 2 players to our top 9 (eichel, skinner, reinhart, johansson, kahun, olofsson, cozens make 7), keep the log line together one more year (flat cap should keep girgensons and larssons numbers down. Move Ristolainen. Start Mittelstadt and Thompson in AHL and say "make us call you up" a la Roy and Pominville in 2005 (seriously, look at their AHL stats that year).

Don't know that this is a playoff team, but the plan botterill sells is if they arent, they can recoup lost draft picks at the deadline in johansson, larsson, girgensons, montour, mccabe, possibly hutton

Jerry, I like it kinda, but a player better than Namestnikov is needed in the top 9 along with Henrique to sniff the playoffs.

I'd have to move montour too and I didnt think that was realistic. He has put up stats playing with high end players and it's a smaller cap hit

We actually have 4 lines now, not a 1st, 2 4ths and an ahl line

First of all, putting Olofsson on the 3rd line is a joke.

Second, that is way too much for Adam Henrique.

Third, Dominik Kahun is not a center and Botterill even said so.

Last of all, Namestnikov? Barf.
