that trade is just quality for quantity. Edmonton isn't giving a first for guys they don't need
Lias Andersson and a second for Jesse would be a fair trade

Why would the rangers have to give up an additional asset for JP? They're both struggling prospects around the same age.

Puljujarvi is RW. And idk if Lundkvist can play on the LD but a 20yo rookie playing on his off-side on the top pair on a bad defensive team isn't ideal.

because Jesse is doing better than Lias. Jesse isn't even struggling. He just doesn't like his team

Both of them are in Europe and both are playing well. Agree to disagree but I don't want JP that bad if it is going to cost us a 2nd.

If EDM wants a low level prospect or a pick from rounds 5-7 to serve their thought that JP is that much better than sure, but not a 2nd.

It’s just Lias for JP. No need to spice it up any more. It’s even.

yes and jesse has had more nhl success so his value is higher that Andersson's
Maybe a second is to high but Jesse has more value

perceived value goes out the window when a player refuses to play for the team that drafted them.
