If Dach is ready to take over as 2c why would they play Strome 4-5 million dollars? They would get a cheaper player in Mittlestadt.

Mittelstadt has a had rough year. Imo his value is not high enough atm.

I would like to see Mittlestadt play with good hockey players. Sheary and Vesey are very bad.

Seeing that it looks like the 24 team playoff will be approved, There will be a 7 team lottery. But Buffalo at best can only climb 4 spots so 3rd overall is the best they can do. No chance at #1

Have they actually improved that draft lottery? I feel like we are getting a lot of information that hasn’t been confirmed.

Haven't heard anything yet, The players were supposed to voted last night on the 24 team playoff format. If they approved it. It would go to the Board of Governors for their approval. And that would be that and they would do the 7 team lottery based on the 2012 draft where one team gets the ball. Basically the bottom 5 teams could get #1 but New Jersey and Buffalo could only climb up 4 spots to #2 and #3 respectively haven't heard anything yet. Probably know more by Tuesday or Wednesday.
