In the description I did said if he plays like he did this season. If he posts a 0.932 sv% as the starting goalie next season he likely wins the Vezina.

Why would he take that? If that's all you offer after he wins a Vezina he takes arbitration rights and walks to free agency. Then he might get even more than 10M.

Agreed. I think he's already a top 10 goalie and he's very young. Signing him for 6.5M is unrealistic.

If he plays like he did this season he probably wins the Vezina and will be looking to get paid regardless of if the NYR win the cup. I think they have a good shot if he's posting a 0.930+ sv% though.
