Gotta read the description mate
I don't know even reading the description.
This game has changed so much. Can we honestly say anyone would be complaining about Hornqvist foot speed in 2010.
Highly doubtful.
I'm just not convinced given the speed of todays game that some of these player who really aren't fast would have put up the numbers they did in today's modern game.
I get it they were younger then. But a younger Hornqvist and Marleau weren't really fast players by today's measure.
And I think that is where my hang up on this is.
It's hard to compare those stats to today's game because I have seen the change.
The game was in slow motion then.
To phrase that differently has Hornqvist got that much slower....or has the game got that much faster.
I think the answer to that question is yeah, he might have lost a little speed....but I think the bigger issue is the game is just getting that much faster.
