Discussions welcome obviously but we know these three need to move and each team wants value for their risk. They also think they can do better with each others problems.

I looked at doing almost this same trade, but with lower draft picks.
I think the 2nd and 3rd round picks are too high. Might have to be something like 4th and 5th round picks.

I just think Puljujarvi has so much more upside than the other two. If your Buf and Nyr you want these players moved. If your Edm, you're burnt way more and with a higher prospect. I just don't see them comparing the players close to equal. If you ask the Rangers would they pay a 3rd and a guy who wants out for Jesse, they would say yes. Pretty sure.

but Puljujarvi isn't coming back to Edmonton. Even an offer sheet of $2.1 only gets them a 3rd. They can match, but he won't go.

But they wont dump him for less and watch him crush on another team. The other two players didn't have the expectations so they wont leave their old teams with the what ifs.
