Description

Keep in mind that there’s a lot of teams where I don’t really dislike anyone. Nashville, San Jose, and Chicago has a bunch of guys that I could’ve picked.
ANA (Rowney): not his fault, but he killed Fabbri
ARI (Hayton): nothing against him, his face just bugs me lol
Bos (Chara): good god this guy just gets to play by a different rulebook and he knows it. He gets away with everything.
BUF (Sobotka): his last season in STL pissed me off so much. It never looked like he was trying.
CGY (Lucic): he’s just so unlikeable
CAR (Edmundson): my goodness did he make me mad in STL
CHI (Keith): “wakey wakey” and he was so sneaky dirty. Respect the career though.
COL (zadorov): he’s so dirty and also sucks at hockey
CBJ (Jones): I like everyone here, I picked Jones because everyone thinks he’s like the 3rd best defenseman and just isn’t
DAL (Benn): nothing to like about this guy, maybe if you taped your stick like a normal hockey player then the wraparound would’ve gone in in game 7.
Det (Howard): idk, I just can’t stand horrid goaltending
EDM (Neal): kinda like Lucic, Neal is also just bad
FLA (Hoffman): Erik Karlsson...
LAK (Doughty): man every time this guy speaks a little bit of me dies.
MIN (Dubnyck): it bugs me that the wild have been hoodwinked into thinking he’s good.
MTL (Drouin): idk
NSH (Johansen): crybaby who doesn’t try. “Suck a d*ck Johansen” -Oskar Sundqvist
NJD (Subban): I kinda like the guy but he drove me crazy in Nashville
NYI (Wahlstrom): idk
NYR (Trouba): I’ve got a weird vendetta against him and he slashed the sh*t out if Dunn a few months ago. Maybe don’t try to pin the puck when there’s still 25 seconds left ;)
Ott (Zaitsev): he’s painful to watch
PHI (Hagg): ditto zaitsev
PIT (Johnson): ditto zaitsev and Hagg
SJS (Thornton): David Perron
STL(Faulk): who thought that trade was smart?
TBL (Vasy): overrated
TOR (Ceci): ditto the other guys
Van (Myers): dirty and bad, great combo
VGK (Fleury): overrated
WSH (Wilson): I wanted to pick someone else, but I couldn’t. How does one get 3 preseason suspensions against one team in 2 seasons? He did turn Oskar Sundqvist into a beast though so...
WPG (Laine): the five goal game will haunt me for years

Not especially dangerous, he just pushes around smaller guys in a less than legal way.

I agree with your JJ pick on the ice lol. Off the ice though, Johnson’s been through a lot of personal struggles. He seems like a genuinely good guy. I wish he were a better hockey player though lol

Am I wrong? There’s just so much interference and stick violations constantly that he doesn’t get called for.

There's also many lazy calls. X player goes down just because Chara is too strong/the other one is too weak or it's easy to dive if you get checked by him.

You watch more so you’d know better, but every time I see him play it’s just constant. He only takes 12% more penalties than league average which seems ridiculous given how he plays.

Or maybe you only see what you want to see/focus on that negative part
