does 45 points seem like replacement level to you? If yes, that's fine, but he's definitely not a cap dump.

Sorry for the confusion, I wasn't giving my opinion saying that he's replacement level. Statistically he's below replacement level in terms of actual performance. In terms of xG, he's about at replacement level.

I'd say a good comp in terms of trade value is Vlad Namestnikov (higher SPAR, lower xSPAR). He got around a 4th. Which is more than what you paid for him.
