I don't really see Carolina giving up a 1st for a rental goalie and a depth winger.

Also Ottawa definitely passes imo.

So we give up the better goalie for one who hasn't been good in years, Kerfoot, Mango, and a 4th to get a late 1st and take on a cap dump?

Anderson this year wasn’t great either, and Murray was very solid last season. This notion that Murray hasn’t been good in “years” is wrong. The leafs will most likely not be able to resign Anderson next year when his contract is up.
