wouldn't say 0. The expiring contracts aren't due for massive raises (I don't think Marino will get a massive raise, 2-3M range or similar to what Devon Toews gets), which would be affordable.

See there is me issue. I am thinking Marino starts at 5M. He will have arbitration I believe

This team needs natural RWs. Especially one who can contribute on the PP.
