Yes. If a 1-8 team wins a lottery they each have a 1/8 chance at the pick to the best of my knowledge

First 7 teams have their normal and the 8 that lost have a total of 3 percent

3% each. There is a 24.5% chance that a play-in loser wins, if that happens, each team is given a 1/8 chance at that pick in a 2nd lottery.

Yes, but not total of all the teams. Each team that loses in the play in has a 3% chance.

They first lottery is 7 teams, and 8 letters. If one of the letters wins then u have the second lottery. In the second lottery every team that lost the play in has a 12.5 percent chance
