that's a hefty cost for Reinhart... I like him but all that!!!
As a hab fan I would never trade Suzuki... but don't offer me this... I'll have to think about it before declining this scream

Jost and Kaut max out as middle-6 forwards most likely, Graves could be a solid D but he still has question marks considering he only has one year under his belt (I think he'll be good, but just for the sake of discussion), and the 1st will be late in a weaker draft. I don't think those are BUF's needs. The pieces in the trade are fine, but they don't really move the needle for BUF to consider trading Reinhart when keeping Reinhart gives them a better team.

I think he meant he would trade Suzuki for Reinhart if the trade was on the table

Graves, Jost, Kaut, 1st... I would never trade Suzuki who is has good than Reinhart but for that package... I would certainly think about it.
KISS: WAY TOO MUCH FROM THE AVS

gotta consider that Jost has lost considerable value and Kaut only realistically is a middle six guy. The first will likely be late.

Also Suzuki < Reinhart.

Reinhart is better now, in 2 or 3 years Suzuki will be the better player at the more valuable position

Still think Id rather have Cole and just add a better prospect in the mix. Im not to worried about the Sabres D and Graves came out of nowhere could easily return to where he came from

Both made 42pts at 20y-o... but Reinhart max out65 last year and 50 this year... I do think this is what Suzuki would get as well.... that's why I state similare value-wise

That’s an awful lot for a guy who has scored 60pts once.

The value is probably right in the trade but I'm not sure it makes sense for Colorado.

In what will likely be a buyers market via trades and UFA this offseason there are probably much cheaper ways to pick up a ~60 point forward than this.

Also, don't underestimate the value of having a top 4D likely signed at under $3m for the next 2-3 years. Along with middle 6 wingers on ELC's or earning <$2m aav. Graves/Jost/Kaut may not be spectacular but they are cheap players that keep the roster from having any weak points.
