Even with that return buffalo will still find a way to suck. Though Anaheim does have a chance to get Jamie Drysdale, a guy I think will fit the Ducks really well.

I agree this would be a GREAT trade for Buffalo.
It provides them picks for the future (four picks in this draft among the top 40)
It fills two holes at #2 center and RW.
It gives them a couple of decent prospects as well.

The only thing the Sabres would need now, would be a top Center.
This is something the team has been seeking since Pat LaFontaine left.
Let me remind everyone, Jack did not say he gave up, nor that he wanted a trade, only he was tired of losing.

The wheels fell off this season.
Hutton, Skinner and Vesey all had career worse seasons.
Injuries to Olofsson and Ullmark just when the team was coming together again.

This trade is certainly worth considering, especially if Cozens is close.

But wow, giving up Jack would really hurt, he is really good and if he could win face offs, he would be even better.

Because its near impossible to find a top line franchise center. And Jack is top 5 in the game at that. It's like trading away a young franchise QB.

It was sarcastic, chill. Of course they should never trade Eichel
