Could alternatively trade Bonino for picks lost in the TBL trade and resign Smith and move Sissons to 3C, Pacquette 4C. So there are some other options with this line-up as well. But I think Killorn and Pacquette are the exact type of players NSH should try to pick up -- defensively responsible and high compete level. Add in a goal scorer like Hoffman and this team could be scary good.

Hoff and Dutch were so good together in Ottawa. Could be a great fit for both to be back together.

Everyone who played RW on that line looked sick. Dzingel was the mainstay, but Chlapik and White both got looks there as rookies as well. You know who was lowkey nice on that line? Mr Worldwide himself, Chris Didomenico. He and Hoff had that QMJHL chemistry.

I think Tampa may want more than that tbh. Could always switch NSH 2nd for the NJD 2nd since it'll be closer to a first.

Either way. I love the setup. With respect to Bonino v Smith, I'd rather have Bonino due to the contract length. I don't want to give C. Smith anything more than a 2 year contract but i think he'll want more. We already have alot of capspace and years tied up in aging veterans.

I've seen similar trades proposed in TBL posts, so wanted to see how it would look if NSH offered that deal -- but the deal could definitely be worked if needed. But I would want to try to keep Jarnkrok in NSH (as a lot of Killorn posts tend to send Jarnkrok the other way), so hopefully only picks are needed to get the deal done.

I really like Jarnkrok. A general utility forward that is good for roughly 30 points and makes only 2M. Defensively responsible and can play up and down the lineup. Definitely someone i'd like to keep if possible. Killorn would be an upgrade on Jarnkrok but if we could keep both that'd be best.
