What does DeBrincat cost Just Dreaming

Created by: CHUG
Team: 2020-21 Pittsburgh Penguins
Initial Creation Date: Jun. 2, 2020
Published: Jun. 2, 2020
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
I know he is not on the market, just wondering what his value would be, cause I think he would be a good fit in the pens top six with Sid or Geno.

Wouldn't be enough time to go around with a squad like this.

If you have CapRoom... go for Gourde in TB.. it won't cost you much but I believe you don't want to help a direct rival.
It will cost you Hallander, 1st + Murray if needed (Murray is a dump for Pitts and Chi can simply sign Crawford for a year or two)

if for some crazy reason Chicago was willing to trade him idk if Pittsburgh has the right pieces for a deal tbh. Maybe Poulin, Murray and a 1st?

More than you would care to pay.

Bonafide top 6 forward prospect, one of your starting goalies (probably Jarry), your first round pick next year, and a cap dump not named Jack Johnson.

Yeah not even sure the Pens have the pieces to land Alex DeBrincat.

That is pretty much what this package is without the cap dump so you take Murray instead of Jarry cause his contract will be more. Legare has top six upside for sure, you're getting Murray as the goalie, and the first round pick. Simon is a cheap forward that can play all three positions and up and down the line-up (has mid round pick value).

The package I have here is better than Hallander, Murray and a first. Legare is a better prospect in the pens system, just a couple years younger and Simon has mid round pick value on the trade market.

I don’t know that any prospect is a “bonafide” top 6 forward prospect in the pens system.

My point is that I don’t think you guys can afford it.

...Murray is a dump for Pitts ...

Well, recent Chicago AGMs have Lehner at $6Mx5 awesome face and Crawford at $6Mx2 sarcasm Murray is better than both. Combined. On the ice at the same time. ... and I am not even a Murray fan.

Murray had a .898 save percentage this year. Crow had a .917 behind an awful defence. Lehner had a .920 and is also one year removed from vezina contention. Nice try

Oh no, Murrar had an off year... oh geez. Compared to a guy that over a 10 year career has had I good year, one so-so year and a handful of faff, and a guy that is going to be 36 next year.

I dont have to try when its true.

We aern't taking value, were talking who's better. You said that murray is better than both of them combined and it's not really close. Crows age has no factor in that and Lehner proved this year he wasn't just having one good year. Murray could pick it back up but i'm just going off what we know right now
