The Avs won’t trade for both Rackell and Palmieri. I could see one but not both. IMO that’s over pays on both, you traded a nice chunk of the top prospects. I like Rackell as a fit better because of his versatility.

Ducks trade is fine, but you can drop the retention and the 2nd as Colorado are fine with capspace so don't need to pay a 2nd for retention.

Zadorov will get a 2nd + 3rd.

Sakic has spoken about ideally wanting to target players with some term left, rather than rentals, so I think the NJ trade is unlikely. I don't like it either.
