Why is Peca coming back? You could very easily sign someone else over him

He's a good player to have when injuries happen.

Yup if we we don’t get both Laf and Byfield that’s who I want the Sens to take. Laf and Raymond will be so good.

Doubt Raymond is at 5. I think most see him as the third best, and the only real excuse is taking Dry for a D

Laffy, Byfield, and Stuzle are all above Raymond but Raymond only falls to 5 if Ana or like Toronto wins 3rd overall pick and grab Drysdale. If Ottawa falls to #5 they should grab Rossi or Perfetti over Drysdale/Holtz. Need that future 1C and the mid 20's should be packed with D prospects including Barron who's ceiling isn't far bellow Drysdale's

Raymond will be drafted 3-5. If Ottawa has 5, they will take whichever remains between Drysdale, Stutzle and Raymond

Drysdale is better than Raymond I think.

I think Drysdale would be wonderful on Ottawa's lineup.

Getting Lafreniere and Raymond would be pretty great. Though if Ottawa misses out on a center with those two picks, I would really want to see Ottawa go after a guy like Cirelli in a trade.

Sens wing depth would be ELITE, but they'd need another strong C who could play with those wingers

Sure but that means that one of JBD/Thomson will eventually be traded. That means that Ottawa would have 5 1st round picks in their defensive lineup. How much salary do u think they ask for combined?

This, positional need will outweigh player player ceiling, especially when they are all really close between 4 and 10

Well, They can trade one of those guys for a centre. Drysdale seem like the best player to me, and if he's available, thats who they should take.

I’m really high on Raymond and I put him above Drysdale. Once he starts shooting a bit more, he will be really good at everything. Just watch him score a hat trick on Askarov in the gold medal game.

I think Dorion said He'd rather draft by ceiling than positional need.

I think Rossi's and Perfetti's ceilings are very very close to Drysdale's so positional need should factor in there
