I mean, I get that some of these AGMs may be totally done for just pure fantasy and hockey enjoyment and all, but the fact that people continue to publish Leaf teams that give teams discounts just to take one of their top paid players is simply ridiculous. The cap will get higher and those contracts, as slow a process as it is, will continue to look better and better (hopefully). Teams are getting a discount just to take $10 million dollars off the Leafs' hands. It's not how real hockey works when the players attached to these contracts are elite.
