I don't know much about Jones/Skinner, but I do know that Hajek isnt the best piece (also wasn't he part of the McDonagh deal?) And the Carolina 1st will probably be late (depends on the Rangers Matchup).

Calgary is also strapped for cash, so paying a 2nd and Bennett (who many Leafs fans believe is worth a 2nd on his own) to add 2.5 M for an extra 15-20 points isn't really worth it

Serg deal is meh and Johnson can be had for a 3rd. His season has been subpar.

I don't know Serg with Trouba could be a nasty pair. You can't just rely on prospects. Lundvist and Miller could easily bust and then we're screwed. Sometimes you take a calculated risk and Serg is no slouch. But your right someone with the raw talent and potential of Miller is very tantalizing.
