That makes it worse for the Oilers, not better. Tolvanen has less value than Puljujarvi.

He's been just okay at the AHL level. The problem is he's small, not physical and just an average skater. Pretty difficult to make the NHL with those handicaps.

Caps decline. Caps need to shed salary. There really isn’t a spot for Chiasson as much as we all loved him when we he was here.
